1Go with AT&T/Cingular - screw Verizon Wireless - I used to work for them and they are NOT always working for you!
They were telling their customer service people to end the call after answering one question - one question per customer per call and nothing more. That's why I had to quit. I wanted to help their customers and they just wanted me to get off the phone as quickly as possible.
