what cellular provider covers my area?

I live in La Honda CA. 94020, 9.7 miles south of the 84/35 junction and 4 miles west of skyline on long ridge rd. I dont want a service that charges me roaming fees for my or any area and I want a 5 day clause that states if the service does not work in my area that the contract is void upon return within 5 working days.
