are cellular phone calls available for anyone to hear? | |
i mean like if someone needed to get a copy of a conversation ..does the company (cingular) just have the date and time ..or do they have the conversation as well?
Answers:
1No, the company does not keep a copy of the conversation. They do keep alot of info though, like time, call origination and destination, the general location the call took place at, etc. But no, not the actual conversation.
The government, however, quite likely has a copy of it. though it is not likely to be heard again. And it is more likely to be captured via a cell phone as these signals are easier to capture.
